If you need to return an item you have 14 days from the day you receive your order in which to send it back - UK customers and international customers should return their item/s within 30 days.

Details (Please Read)
The item should not have been worn (other than to try on).  And we ask that you should try on over underwear for hygeine reasons.  The manufacturer tags should still be fixed to the garment and it should be returned with the original packing. Every care should be taken to ensure that it does not become crushed or damaged in the return post.  Please enclose a copy of the despatch note or order confirmation or invoice with the reason for the return and the action required (refund or replacement).  If you need to, you can print a copy of the order invoice from your account.  Postal costs of returning an item will be refunded only (and solely) if the return is as a result of our error. 

Recommendation
We have no responsibility for return items lost or damaged in the post.  We therefore recommend your return item should be sent with insurance cover to avoid financial loss should the item be lost or damaged in the post. Ordinary UK post (with proof of posting) will cover you for value up to £39.  Items of higher value should be sent by Special Delivery. Overseas customers and customers in the Channel Islands should check with their local postal service for the appropriate service and insurance cover.  Overseas customers are also requested not to return items via courier as this might result in an attempt by the courier to charge import duty; in which case we will refuse delivery and the item will be sent back to you.

Right to Cancel
Under distance selling regulations you have a "cooling-off" period of seven days, during which time you may cancel the order, or if the order is delivered during that time, you may return the item for a full refund including any delivery charge.  If you choose to take this option please be sure to obtain a dated proof of posting.
